Information Security Policy
GFLOPS Co., Ltd. ("the Company"), which holds "hybrid work between AI and people" as its corporate philosophy, aims first and foremost to earn the satisfaction of its customers and of everyone involved in developing and providing services that leverage generative AI technology and the like, striving to be a company that is trusted and relied upon.
Guiding principles
- Take appropriate organizational and technical measures to reliably protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets, and respond to changing information technology and new threats.
- Provide information security education to all employees and thoroughly disseminate the policy, working to raise and maintain awareness.
- Set objectives for the management system and information security, review them regularly, and continuously implement improvements and maintain them.
- Delegate responsibility and authority to the management supervisor in order to execute, maintain, and improve the management system.
In the design, development, and provision of cloud services, we establish and build a management system to handle customer information safely, protect it from all threats in the cloud, and achieve risk reduction. We use appropriate and safe cloud services at a level within the organization's acceptable information security risk.
